Healing Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • ½  banana
  • ½ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 scoop VegiDay Unflavoured protein powder
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

Serves 1

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in your VegiDay blender until smooth. Serve in your favourite cup and sprinkle with more turmeric powder. Enjoy!
