5-Minute Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop VegiDay chocolate vegan protein powder
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
Banana, strawberries, cacao nibs and, shredded coconut!
1) Add frozen bananas and oats to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain.
2) Add coconut milk and VegiDay chocolate protein powder, and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
3) Scoop into serving bowl and top with toppings.
